WHAT I CAN OFFER YOU

I am a clinical psychologist based in the City of London, and in my practice I offer one-to-one psychological therapy to adults. If you are struggling with your mental health, are feeling stuck and don't know how to move forward, or if the stresses of life are just getting on top of you - I can help. Through weekly psychological therapy sessions, guided by research and specialist training, we can work together to get you where you want to be.

TREATMENT APPROACH

The way I work is informed by cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapies. This means I believe our thoughts, how we talk to and look after ourselves, and processing the difficult situations we've experienced are all key to feeling better and enjoying life.

We will start our work together by identifying your goals and hopes for therapy. Then we will explore together where your struggles started, and what keeps them going. From here, we can start to make changes to put you on the path to feeling better, stronger, and happier.

  • I have worked in a range of settings, such as:
    • Adult talking therapies service
    • Specialist PTSD pathway
    • Early intervention in psychosis
    • Adult autism assessment team

  • I have worked successfully with many people with low mood, self-esteem, anxiety, or stress-related difficulties. I might be a particularly good fit if you if you have experienced trauma, are very self-critical, or if you find it hard to be in touch with your emotions. Sometimes people aren't sure what is wrong or what they need, and that's fine too - we can figure it out together
